Terms of purchase and returns
Purchase process
To place an order on the Website, the customer must select the products, add them to the cart, complete the requested data, review the summary of the order (products, final price, taxes and shipping costs) and confirm the purchase by paying using the available methods.
After completing the purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive it, you can contact us through the service channels indicated on the Website.
Product availability
Orders are subject to availability. If, once the purchase has been made, it is not possible to supply a product, the customer will be informed and a solution will be offered (substitution by an equivalent product if the customer accepts it, or refund of the amount corresponding to the unavailable product).
Prices, taxes and shipping costs
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs, if any, will be shown before finalizing the order.
Payment methods
The order can be paid using the methods enabled in the purchase process. The Website can use secure payment platforms for payment management.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination and the type of shipment selected. In general, the delivery will be made within the period indicated during the purchase process. In periods of high demand or for reasons beyond the control of the Website (logistics operator, incidents or force majeure), deadlines may vary.
Returns (right of withdrawal)
Deadline
The client has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise it right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the reason.
Conditions for accepting a return
For the return to be accepted, the product must:
- to be unused, unopened and in perfect condition,
- to preserve, if applicable, original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation,
- return properly packed to avoid damage during transport.
If the product shows signs of use, damage or lack of essential elements, the return may be rejected or a depreciation may be applied in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Exception: personalized items
Returns are not accepted. personalized items, made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
How to request a refund
To request a return, the customer must contact through the service channels indicated on the Website, indicating:
- order number,
- product(s) to be returned,
- contact details.
Instructions and the return address will be provided.
Return costs
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, los return costs will be borne by the client.
Refund
Once the returned products have been received and their status verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal, being able to be retained until receiving the products or until the customer presents proof of return.
Incidents: defective product or error in the order
If the customer receives a defective, damaged or different product from the one requested, he must communicate it as soon as possible through the contact channels on the Website, indicating the order number and, if applicable, attaching photographs. In these cases, the procedure will be indicated and the corresponding replacement, return or refund will be managed.
